We let's see if you have:

• 1+ year of experience in a similar role (Retention/CRM in B2C)
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, web design
• Experience with the user lifecycle, segmentation, cohortization
• Ability to work with a lot of data, conduct analysis and A/B tests
Proposition generation skills that the user cannot refuse 
• The ability to manage several projects at the same time and set priorities correctly 
> of management.

It will be a plus:

• 400">Experience using MEGOGO or similar services
Experience in areas with a large subscriber base (telecom, OTT, large online services).

The following tasks await you:

• Audience segmentation, hypothesis generation, creation and testing of promotional offers
• Development and optimization of processes onboarding, engagement, retention and upsell strategies
• Analysis of A/B tests and already launched projects, preparation of conclusions and recommendations
Cooperation with designers, typewriters, analysts, marketing and other departments
• Control of the development of new landing pages and promotional pages
• News promotion (films, series, shows) on the service
• Presentation of project results directly to the team and management.
