• Setting tasks for the content department
• Analyzing campaigns and finding ways to improve
• Setting up bonus programs

What is needed for this:

• Working with crm admin panels (in-house or saas)
• Understanding the principles of segmentation audience and retention
• Understanding the principles of email marketing and working with direct communication channels
• Attention, consistency, scrupulousness

It will be an advantage:

• Knowledge of html
