RoBeauty is a Ukrainian brand of care cosmetics with its own laboratory and production. We are trusted by more than 200,000 customers in Ukraine and Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany).
We are developing e-commerce and are looking for a Retention / CRM Marketing Manager who will increase the share of repeat purchases and LTV customers through systematic marketing work with a database and analytics.
Main tasks
Automation of communications
Development and optimizations scenarios: welcome, post-purchase, upsell, winback, VIP, birthday.
Analytics and segmentation
Segmentation of customers by behavior, product categories and frequency purchases.
Analysis of LTV, repeat sales and revenue from the database (GA4, CRM, Looker Studio).
Conducting A/B tests to optimize results.
Content and planning
Formation of email/SMS communication calendar (drops, product launches, promotional campaigns).
Preparation of offers and texts aimed at repeat sales without discount pressure.
Synchronization of retention communications with other marketing activities.
Interaction with teams
Work with acquisition, content and product teams for coordinated marketing actions.
Requirements to the candidate
Experience in retention / CRM / lifecycle marketing from 2 years (e-commerce / D2C).
Practical experience of working with automatic flows in Klaviyo, eSputnik, Omnisend or similar tools.
Understanding LTV metrics, AOV, ROMI, ROAS, churn rate.
Format: remote, full time.
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00.
Payment: 60,000 - 100,000 UAH (depending on experience) + KPI-bonuses for the growth of LTV and repeat customers sales.
