Retention Manager in Favbet

We invite a Retention Manager to join our team, in connection with the scaling of our products.

Main functions:

Creating a mechanic for reactivating and increasing customer activity.

• Help in the creation of large promotions on the site, 

  planning Retention-strategies style="font-weight: 400">

  Creating and sending email, sms, app-push, messages to the personal account of clients.

• Downloading data from the database and interacting with them.

• Calculation of bonuses for customers and their accrual in CRM.

• Interaction with the casino, design, content, creative, product, etc.
and positions: retention manager, crm manager, email-marketing manager from 6 months.
• English - preferably from B1.

It will be a plus, but not necessary:

• Marketing (any digital certificate).
• Experience in betting, gambling, forex trading (options), dating, adult.
• Excel/Google Sheets – basic skills for creating tables, using simple formulas (sum, count, if, etc.).
• Python for data handling – basic skills of working with xlsx/csv files using the pandas library. 
• HTML & CSS – basic understanding of syntax and application.
