Travel agency network "Go with us" is looking for Retention managerfor long-term cooperation.

We are waiting for you if:

• You have experience running email/SMS/push from 2rocks;
• You know how segments and trigger chains work;
• You confidently use Esputnik or similar services;
• You understand metrics and can pump them;
• You write texts that sell and retain clients;
• You have experience working with large budgets and several lead generation channels at the same time;
• You have experience working with client bases in chatbots (Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, etc.);
• You launch reactivation campaigns through chatbots: you develop scenarios, perform segmentation, analyze the effectiveness of communications.

What you will need to do:

• Analyze the customer base, segment the audience, determine behavioral patterns and create personalized strategies retention;
• Develop, implement and optimize communication tunnels (email marketing, messengers, push notifications, etc.) to increase engagement;
• Build loyalty programs, scenarios for reviving inactive customers and return strategies;
• Work with analytics: evaluate the effectiveness of retention campaigns, implement hypotheses and test new ones approaches.
