Retention manager in Talent Hunters Hub

We are looking for a talented and goal-oriented Retention manager to join the marketing department of the product IT -company.

What will you do in this position:< /p>

• Segmentation of the audience, development and testing of hypotheses;
• Creation of promotional, PUSH and "trigger" offers to different segments audience;
• Automation and customization of mailing chains to different customer segments;
• Development of chains for upsell/cross-sale, retention, churn by customer cohorts;
• Analysis A /In testing launched projects.

And for this you need:

• Have experience in a similar position from the 1st year;
• Own tools on customer acquisition and retention;
• Have an understanding of strategies and principles of communication with the audience using profile sources, as well as an understanding of digital marketing and modern approaches, including content marketing, social media and analytics, affiliate;
• Possess strong strategic and analytical skills, the ability to develop and implement individual retention strategies;
• Possess English at an intermediate level;
• Able to analyze a large amount of information.
