Responsibilities:
- creation and implementation of an omnichannel plan for work with clients based on the analysis of results, tests and performance indicators in all markets of presence;
- planning, launch and analysis of communication campaigns for customer retention and reactivation ;
- segmentation and analysis of the client base;
- work on the automation of retention activities;
- work with trigger mailings;
- creation, optimization and development of communication channels (Email/SMS/Push/);
- setting tasks for design teams and content specialists;
- formation of statistical intermediate and final reports;
- preparation and sending of e-mail newsletters.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in CRM/Marketing Automation/Loyalty/Direct Marketing positions;
- experience of working with e-mail platforms (eSputnik, SendPulse or others) ;
- experience of conducting A/B tests - working with the segmentation of the client base to build an effective communication strategy;
- experience of analyzing client data, promotional campaigns;
- understanding the following metrics: LTV, ARPU, Retention Rate, Churn Rate, ROMI, Open Rate, Click Rate, CTOR, Delivery Rate, Spam Complaint Rate, Unsubscribe Rate, Domain Reputation Knowledge of HTML, CSS and understanding of the principles of creating email newsletters;
- knowledge of the English language at the Pre-intermediate level and above;
- analytical thinking, inquisitiveness, the ability to research and listen, self-organization, customer orientation.
