Retention manager in Talent Hunters Hub

We are looking for a talented and goal-oriented retention manager who will join the marketing department of a product IT company. What will you do in this position: audience segmentation, development and testing of hypotheses; creation of promotional, PUSH and "trigger" offers for different audience segments; automation and setting up of mailing chains for different segments of clients; development of chains for upsell/cross-sale, retention, churn by customer cohorts; analysis of A/B testing of launched projects. For this you need: to have work experience in a similar position from the 1st year; to have tools for attracting and keeping clients; to have an understanding strategies and principles of communication with the audience with the help of profile sources, as well as understanding of digital marketing and modern approaches, including content marketing, social media and analytics, affiliate; possess strong strategic and analytical skills, the ability to develop and implement individual retention strategies; speak English at an intermediate level; be able to analyze a large amount of information.
