What do we expect from you?
Proven experience in B2B SaaS or related tech segments that combines understanding of the customer lifecycle and Upsell/Cross-sell models of the existing customer base.
Understanding retention metrics (Churn Rate, Adoption Rate, NRR/GRR, LTV). Ability to analyze customer behavior, segment the base and create cohorts for targeted communications, evaluate the effectiveness of retention campaigns.
Practical experience in email marketing, as well as direct communications (SMS, messengers, push) for working with the database.
Skills in working with tools: CRM, Sendpulse, Hotjar, Firebase, Zoom, etc.
Experience in planning, organizing and conducting online and offline events (webinars, brunches, conferences) will be a significant plus.
Experience working closely with sales and product teams, business analytics to align goals and processes.
Orientation on business results (performance & data driven mindset).
What will you do?
Creation and implementation of complex retention campaigns (retention digital campaigns) and communications based on the customer life cycle for the company's portfolio of B2B SaaS products.
Finding opportunities to expand (upsell) and sell related/additional products (cross-sell) to stimulate revenue growth from the existing base.
Planning and organization of events (webinars, business brunches, conferences).
Analytics and reporting. Measuring the effectiveness of retention campaigns and events through the prism of business metrics. Optimization of approaches based on metrics and data.
Effective allocation and control of the marketing budget for retention campaigns to achieve KPI and positive ROMI.
