RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement effective customer retention strategies, including:

• Analysis of customer behavior and creation of personalized e-mails, SMS, Viber and Push-notifications
• Segmentation of the customer base for targeted campaigns

Marketing automation management:

• Configuring and optimizing automated campaigns in CRM systems
• Using analytical tools to monitor performance

Analysis and reporting:

• Maintaining regular reports on campaign performance and customer actions
• KPI analysis and development of recommendations to improve efficiency customer retention

Interaction with other departments:

• Close cooperation with sales, customer support and marketing teams
< li>Ensuring consistency of marketing efforts.

REQUIREMENTS:

Work experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retention marketing or CRM marketing
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools

Skills and knowledge :

• In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and their functionality
• Fluent command of data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel, other CRM systems)
• Ability to create effective communication strategies for customer retention
• Knowledge of the principles of segmentation and targeting
• Experience in automationmarketing campaigns

Personal qualities:

• Analytical thinking and the ability to work with large amounts of data
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team
• Organization and the ability to work with deadlines
• Proactivity and the ability to make independent decisions

Additional requirements:< /p>

• Knowledge of basic marketing concepts and trends
