Retention marketing manager in our team will deal with the following tasks:

• Developing a full-fledged communication strategy in channels;

• Organization of a set of measures to save and return the client in direct communication channels;

Development and coordination of loyalty programs;

• Management and analysis of trigger letters/SMS-notifications;

• Processing product analytics, compiling technical tasks to create the necessary reports;

The filter for this position will be:

• 2 years of Internet or direct marketing experience;

• Experience in developing a communication strategy from scratch (e-mail, chatbots, SMS, web-push, auto calls, etc.);

• Competent writing of texts (selling, trigger, content, reactivation);

• Knowledge in email marketing automation and setting up trigger email mailings;

• Experience in A/B testing, setup and launch yourself;

• Experience working with subscriber bases;

• A clear understanding of the concepts of Click Rate, Open Rate, CTR and others;

• Knowledge of Google Analytics and GTM;

• Willingness to work for results according to clear KPIs;

• The desire to develop in new directions.

How we interact with candidates:

1 stage: communication with the recruiter online (about 30 minutes);

2 stage: test task;

3rd stage: communication with your future manager online or in person (about 1 hour).
