Now we are looking for a Retention & CRM Manager in the partner business TENTENS Tech - a role that will be responsible for the development of the product retention strategy and the systematic growth of returning users. 

TENTENS Tech is a Ukrainian IT company that develops platforms in the field of streaming and social discovery. The TENTENS Tech team has the experience of successfully launching dozens of platforms that are used by millions of people on all continents of the world (except Antarctica, so far). 

And the slogan We don’t think limits reflects both the strategic thinking of the company and the motivation of the team to always run far beyond the horizon.

What challenges await:

  • Development and implementation of the Retention Marketing strategy.

  • Generation, prioritization, validation, launch and analysis of a large number of hypotheses regarding the logic of retention channels return.

  • System work on increasing key product metrics related to activation, retention and return of users.

  • Development of recommendation system logic for sending email, SMS and web push in own ESP-system.

  • Launch and development of new user retention channels.

  • Conducting regular user and market research to find new growth points product.

  • Responsibility for the strategic development of the area and active participation in the formation of department goals.

What is important to us:

Must have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in product management, user growth or retention/CRM initiatives.

  • Analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions (gathering, analyzing and interpreting data for product improvement and strategic planning).

  • Skills in creating technical tasks for development.

  • Successful cases of achieving business goals through product hypothesis testing.

  • High level of competence in working with product metrics and improving them through hypotheses.

  • Leadership qualities, excellent communication skills and proactivity.

Nice to have:

  • Practical experience in email or retention marketing.

  • Experience in creating marketing strategies.
