  • We need a specialist who has:

    • experience in the position "Retention (CRM) Lead" at least 3 years, mainly in the field of iGaming, Fintech, e-commerce or IT

    • knowledge of the basic principles and tools of e-mail marketing, understanding of audience segmentation and optimization methodsindicators

    • experience with creating and sending newsletters such as Customer.io. etc

    • basic knowledge of HTML & CSS

    • basic knowledge of JSON

    • work with Google Analytics, Power BI or other analytics systems

    • hypothesis generation for A/B testing, their validation, analysis of results

    • ability to connect, configure tools necessary for work (put tasks on the developer)

    • experience in creating, implementing and optimizing an e-mail marketing strategy

    • knowledge of the English language - upper-intermediate

    • experience in managing CRM, Retention, E-mail marketing teams

    Functional:

    • development of long-term and short-term strategic plans for the direction's work

    • market and competitor analysis to identify new trends and growth opportunities

    • budget management, including cost planning and profitability monitoring 

    • development and reimplementation of an e-mail marketing strategy to retain current customers and return customers who left

    • adaptation of content for e-mails, including texts and images

    • creating and optimizing targeted e-mail campaigns, including promotions, news, bonus information, etc.

    • segmentation of the audience, taking into account interests and preferences of users

    • analysis of e-mail campaign effectiveness indicators: letter opening, clicks, conversion

    • conducting A/B testing to determine the most effective e-mail marketing strategies and tactics

    • monitoring of changes in requirements for e-mail marketing, implementation of necessary changes in work

    • supporting user activity and their interest

    • creating management and control of all types of communication with users

    • studying user behavior and finding approaches for the user to fulfill project goals

    • implementation of modern tools and technologies to automate and improve work in the department

    • implementation and optimization of internal processes to increase team efficiency

    • defining key goals and metrics for the department 

    • determining the efficiency of the department and its optimization

    • training, development and motivation of the department

    • holding regular team meetings to set goals, discuss progress, and resolve ongoing issues

    • compiling and updating reports on the department's work performed

    • approval and implementation of work standards and best practices

    • implementation and implementation of new ideas in the project, to retain the company's clients, as well as improve the department's indicators

    • project documentation

    • development and implementation of policies and procedures for work in the department.
