Retention communications marketer (SMM, Email) in Brain

Brain is one of the leading players in the IT sales market with over 25 years of experience. We work with wholesale, corporate and retail clients, developing a network of stores and service centers, as well as online platforms brain.com.ua and itbox.ua.

We are looking for a specialist who will focus on brand development in social networks and will be able to gradually join work with email and Viber mailings. If you already have experience in email marketing, it will be an advantage. If there is no experience yet, but there is a desire to master this direction, we are ready to help.

• development of content plans and creation of publications for Telegram, Viber, Instagram, Facebook
• organization of raffles, interactives, engaging activities
• coordination with designers and other members of the marketing team
• analysis of content effectiveness and search for ways to improvement

Email/Viber marketing (as a part or prospect):

• participation in creating and configuring email and Viber newsletters (based on eSputnik) personalization of messages, work with audiences and segments
• basic analysis of campaign results
• gradual mastering of tools under the guidance of experienced colleagues

We expect from you:

• experience in SMM and/or email marketing (from 1 year or less - under conditions of high motivation)
• fluency in written Ukrainian - competent, stylish, without clericalisms
• understanding of the principles of digital marketing and the customer journey basic analytical skills (UTM labels, work with tables)
• ability to generate ideas, work in a team and initiate new approaches
• willingness to learn and participate in several areas at the same time

Welcome as an advantage:

• experience with GA4, Looker Studio, eSputnik
• knowledge of Canva, Figma or other graphic editors
• understanding of the logic of chatbots, messenger marketing
• basic withGoogle Ads / Meta Ads
• experience working with 1C or CRM systems
