Job Description:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients in the capital markets sector, focusing on client retention and satisfaction.

Proactively engage with clients to ascertain their requirements, address any concerns, and offer customized solutions to boost client retention.

Leverage comprehensive knowledge of capital markets products and services to inform and advise clients, thereby enhancing retention rates.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify prospects for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.

Analyze client data and market trends to pinpoint opportunities for retention strategies and client engagement programs.

Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory updates, and industry shifts to provide solid support for client retention efforts.

Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and retention activities

Requirements:

Proficiency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
Prior experience of minimum 2 years in a client-facing role within the capital markets sector Sound knowledge of financial products, market intricacies, and effective client relationship management Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to thrive in a high-paced and competitive environment Proficient in CRM tools and systems.

Base Salary: 2.5k- 3k$ (Based on experience)
