Retail risk management specialist in Kredi Agrikol, bank

We are currently looking for a Retail Risk Management Specialist

Basic tasks:

• Verification and assessment of individual risks;
• Participation in the preparation of methodological materials, instructions, orders, orders on lending and management activities , including in English;
• Interaction with other structural divisions of the Bank in solving issues related to management work;
• Monitoring the quality of credit operations with further consolidation of results and providing recommendations;
• Timely detection and consideration of changes in the external environment (study of the impact of the economy, changes in legislation, political processes, crisis, unemployment, etc.), which may affect the quality of the credit portfolio;
• Development and introduction of criteria that will help identify, evaluate and prevent credit risk.

What is required:

• proactivity, energy, purposefulness;
• excellent analytical abilities;
• work skills with large databases;
• knowledge of Excel;
• intermediate level of English;
• effective communication skills;
• knowledge of SQL;< /li>
• knowledge of the principles of credit risk assessment in accordance with the requirements of the NBU or calculation of reserves in accordance with IFRS is desirable.
