YOUR MISSION:

• Development and adaptation of instructions, procedures and policies for PUMA retail store employees.
• Organization of store information support: updating the knowledge base with instructions, procedures and policies; notification of updates/changes in processes, etc.
• Optimization of interaction processes between stores and the Central Office.
• Development of tools to check, evaluate and improve the operational activities of PUMA stores in accordance with the instructions, PUMA policies and procedures.
• Organizing supply for stores of consumables / equipment necessary to ensure continuous operational activities. Control costs according to the budget.
• Ensuring supply and uninterrupted support for the stores of services that improve the execution of daily / routine processes, increase the level of income of the Company and ensure the convenience of the operational activities of PUMA stores.
• Preparation of reports reflecting the efficiency of the stores in accordance with qualitative performance indicators.

 YOUR TALENTS:

• English - Upper- Intermediate (part of the interview will be in English).
• Higher education in business economics, organization management, finance, etc.
• From 3 years of practical experience in operational activities.
work in a team and autonomously.
• Ability to provide effective control and execution of current tasks at a high level of operational workload.
• Willingness and desire to develop professionally.
