Retail operations manager in LPP Ukraine

LPP is an international Polish company that has been working successfully in the field of fashion and retail. Our company manages five recognizable brands:Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito and Sinsay.

Currently, we have already opened about 200 stores in Ukraine.

We have ambitious plans for the future and are actively expanding our capabilities throughout Ukraine, so we are looking for:

Retail Operations Manager

So, the main tasks will be:

• Optimization of interaction processes between stores and Central Office;
• Crisis management and implementation continuous improvements to achieve financial goals and optimization of business processes;
• Organization of supplies for stores of consumables / equipment necessary to ensure continuous operational activity;
• Control of expenses according to the budget;
• Work with reporting on operational activities.

Requirements for our candidates:

• Intermediate + (must have) English language level;
• Work experience in a similar position from 2 years;
• In-depth understanding of retail operations and business processes;
• Confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
