We invite to the team a manager for work with retail networks (Epicenter, New Line), directions: industrial adhesive tapes and glues, electrical installation equipment, abrasives. What we expect from the candidate: Higher education. Work experience from 2 years in the direction of DIY (experience of working with Epicenter will be a significant advantage), FMCG in the position of manager/assistant manager for work with key customers. Experience working with TM networks (own brand) will be an advantage. The ability to plan, achieve the set goal, high performance, responsibility, proactivity, communication skills. Skills in conducting negotiations with networks, the ability to defend one's point of view, persuasion and overcoming objections. Analytical skills: the ability independently carry out sales analysis, analysis of the effectiveness of marketing activities. Experience in conducting quick revaluations in networks, price control on the shelf. Confident Ukrainian, knowledge of English will be an advantage. Advanced user of Excel, PowerPoint, 1C, preferably Bitrix CRM. Responsibilities: Preparation, conducting, monitoring the execution/observance of contractual terms with networks. Sales analytics, working with reports, assortment matrices, planograms. Organization of meetings and presentations. Implementation of the sales plan, control of receivables. Coordination of marketing activities with networks. Implementation, control and analysis of the effectiveness of promos in networks. Timely listing, expansion of the assortment matrix in networks. Management of a team of merchandisers. Regular monitoring of sales halls of networks. Control of representation (quality distribution), activity of competitors (commercial terms, promotions, innovations, price changes). Willingness for business trips in Ukraine and abroad. Ensuring stable sales growth. Willingness to work for results.
