Accounting Team Leader
The Accounting Team Leader is responsible for supervising and ensuring that all retail accounting activities are accurately and timely performed for all entities across Europe. Furthermore, the Team Lead is responsible for monitoring if all standard operating procedures and best practices are understood and applied. We are looking for highly skilled professionals who are able to provide two-way communication between the team and key stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Practical experience in the finance area of inventory , accounts receivables or related functions
- Experience as a people leader /manager
- Experience working in multinational organizations / SSC
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Thorough IT skills (Office 365) are required, knowledge of SAP and D365 is advantageous
- Team-oriented and communicative approach in an intercultural environment
