Conduct electronic RG audits .Generate reports.Perform administrative tasks as required.Compile daily and monthly internal evaluation reports.Conduct site visits/inspections to monitor compliance with required documentation and visual design, as well as Responsible Gaming Policy, Program and Procedures.Evaluate engagement process and prepares relevant reports.Reports any problem gambling trends identified.Monitors the problem gambling indicator and updates customer account data with necessary information.Identifies and proposes any changes to the responsible gambling program.Assists with the description and clear definition of responsibilities and boundaries each department's responsibilities regarding responsible gaming principles and procedures.Assist in conducting gaming department audits, ensuring compliance with all procedures (age verification, minors, RG procedures, etc.).Qualifications:Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience in a compliance-related role/ responsible gaming in a highly regulated industry.
