Resources Manager in Forte Group

As a Resource Manager, you will be working closely with our teams, delivering software development and testing services to our clients. You will be responsible for allocating engineers to the projects efficiently, ensuring that employees' assignments match their skills and ambitions in a mutually optimal way.As a Resource Manager, you will also work closely with account managers to meet project resource needs and ensure our teams are performing according to client expectations and above. You will contribute to HR in performance management by creating training and development plans. You will cooperate with the recruitment team and participate in planning recruitment demand.You will also be responsible for managing project resourcing to ensure timely delivery. You will communicate any resourcing issues to appropriate delivery managers or account managers.ResponsibilitiesPropose resourcing strategies and communicate roadmaps to Account Managers and clients by offering a combination of multiple resource supply channels that would meet client’s demands most optimally in terms of time, cost, and quality of resourcesMeet staffing needs by reallocating employees to fill open positions and contributing to hiring new employeesManage resourcing allocation forecast based on the input from the Sales team pipelineWork with Engineering to identify appropriate resource requirements for each account and projectMaintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities as they relate to resourcingMonitor employee utilization, workload, and overtime hoursPredict potential bench risks and work on efficient bench utilizationTimely communication about all resource allocation/reallocationKeep track of project profitability and provide advice on keeping it on a high levelCollaborate with HRs in team/position change management, conducting performance and salary reviews, promotion/demotions, retention, dismissals, creating career plansRecommend process improvements for Resource ManagementCreate and keep up-to-date resource documents, project descriptions, and job descriptionsRequirements2-3 years of experience as a resource manager/project manager/account manager/recruiter in the IT industryUpper-intermediate English level or higher Ability to interact effectively with management, employees, and clientsHighly detail-oriented and able to work autonomouslyAbility to be diplomatic or firm when necessary to drive business forward or obtain resultsCapability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and easeSkilled in prioritizing and organizing workload across multiple groupsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsProficiency in MS Office applications, including Microsoft ExcelHands-on experience with any ATS is a plusExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsWe offer:Experience working with colleagues locally and abroadOpportunities for self-realization working on challenging projects using new technologies and toolsFriendly team and enjoyable working environmentSocial and corporate eventsPossibility for career developmentParticipation in professional trainings, meetupsMedical care programsVarious sport activities coverage24 calendar days of paid vacationFully paid by Forte 5 sick days during working yearInternal English courses provided by Forte TeacherComfortable and fully equipped workplace Show more Show less Position level Senior secondary level Type of employment Full-time Job responsibilities HR Industries IT services and IT Consulting
