As a Resource Manager, you will be working closely with our teams, delivering software development and testing services to our clients. You will be responsible for allocating engineers to the projects efficiently, ensuring that employees' assignments match their skills and ambitions in a mutually optimal way.As a Resource Manager, you will also work closely with account managers to meet project resource needs and ensure our teams are performing according to client expectations and above. You will contribute to HR in performance management by creating training and development plans. You will cooperate with the recruitment team and participate in planning recruitment demand.You will also be responsible for managing project resourcing to ensure timely delivery.
