Resource Specialist in Genesis

We are currently looking for a talented specialist to join the People Operations team! You will work under the leadership of Kateryna Yamnenko — HR Business Partner at Genesis. Resource management at Genesis — a function that is important for maintaining professional expertise within the company. The specialist will directly influence the retention of talent within the ecosystem and increase their employee lifecycle in the company. The resource manager will need to: coordinate internal requests for resource management; organize the internal hiring process; communicate with hiring managers and recruiters; administer resource management in the internal HR CRM system What we expect from you: experience as a resource manager (or other relevant position) - from 1 year; understanding of HR processes (hiring, onboarding, exit, etc.) and their impact on business; communication skills, ability to negotiate and negotiate; understanding of the process resource management (internal mobility) is desirable. The position involves an office-based work format.
