Resource Planning/Management Analyst in Everstar

We are currently looking for a Resource Planning/Management Analyst for our client — one of the largest developers and manufacturers of UAVs for the defense needs of Ukraine. The team focuses on constantly improving the characteristics of the boards, using new approaches and technologies. Own production facilities allow you to quickly implement changes and ideas. Necessary skills and experience: Higher education in the field of business analytics, management, information technology or related disciplines: human resources; management; business administration; organizational development; economy; entrepreneurship; Work experience in project management or resource planning from 3 years; Experience with BI (Business Intelligence) systems and tools for data analysis; Deep knowledge in the field of project management and resource management; Possession of software for resource management, CRM, analytical tools for project management such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI; Ability to work with a large amount of information and data; Ability to structure tasks, analyze them and set deadlines; Ability to plan human resources and project timelines.
