Necessary skills and experience: Higher education in the field of business analytics, management, information technology or related disciplines: human resources; management; business administration; organizational development; economy; entrepreneurship; Work experience in project management or resource planning from 3 years; Experience with BI (Business Intelligence) systems and tools for data analysis; Deep knowledge in the field of project management and resource management; Possession of software for resource management, CRM, analytical tools for project management such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI; Ability to work with a large amount of information and data; Ability to structure tasks, analyze them and set deadlines; Ability to plan human resources and project timelines. Future Responsibilities Assist project managers in planning and resource allocation for projects; Preparation and implementation of resource utilization plan and resource schedules; Forecasting the need for new employees for future projects; Anticipate gaps and overloads in planning; Keep planning up-to-date on a daily basis; Determining the qualifications of new employees according to the needs of the project; Ongoing improve planning processes;Implement tools that bring the most efficiency for planning purposes.Working conditions:Official employment through Diya.City;Vacation - 18 working days per year + 1 day off for birthday;Health insurance after successful completion of the trial period;Opportunity to create new, experiment and solve complex tasks; Professional growth and constant improvement of skills; A team of like-minded people and innovators; Reservation of conscripts subject to the availability of up-to-date military registration documents; Comfortable office on the right bank of Kyiv.
