Zhytomyr regional organization of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine (RCSHU) announces a competition for the position of resource mobilization specialist.

Requirements:

• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current state mobilization of resources in the Oblast and local organizations;
• Develop a plan of resource mobilization activities for the Oblast organization, provide support in drawing up resource mobilization plans for local organizations, control of implementation;
• Provide methodological support in planning and implementation of local fundraising campaigns (charity boxes, letters, charity events, etc.);
• Coordination in the development of social entrepreneurship on regional and local levels;
• Contribute to the development of grant activities of local and regional organizations;
• Conduct consultations, master classes, workshops, brainstorming sessions for local organizations on resource mobilization;
• Methodical assistance in building relationships with local businesses, as needed, direct participation in negotiation processes, calls, correspondence, online visits and offline events;
• Support in building relations with the authorities at the local level, attracting funds from local and state budgets;
• Provide generalized reports on the results of the activities of local organizations in the direction of resource mobilization according to the established template.

Requirements:

• higher education
• experience in writing and implementing grant projects (will an advantage);
• fluent command of Ukrainian;
• confident user of a standard package of office programs (Microsoft Office, databases, e-mail)
• control and reporting
• high communication skills
• ability to work in a team
• readiness for business trips
• proactive approach to work
