- Develop an adapted resource mobilization strategy for the regional organization, taking into account the needs of local organizations in the first three months work.
- Coordinating and synchronizing the strategy with interregional specialists in the development of organizations and volunteering and the head of the OO.
- Assisting in drawing up plans for the mobilization of resources for regional and local organizations, monitoring implementation.
- The specialist initiates the involvement of external expertise in mobilizing resources for local branches, provides coordination and information support.
Cooperation with local organizations
- Ensure constant communication with local organizations regarding resource mobilization, at least once a week (joint coordination meetings or personal meetings online or offline).
- Provide methodological support in the planning and implementation of local fundraising campaigns (charity boxes, letters, charity events, etc.).
- Create and update if necessary, a network of local people responsible (employees or volunteers) for mobilizing resources and coordinating their activities.
- Control of the presence of an open and active bank account for each MO.
- Methodological assistance in creating QR codes for collecting funds in electronic form.
- Organize regular meetings to share experiences, discuss results and determine priorities (joint coordination meetings or general meetings online and offline).
- Methodical assistance to persons responsible for mobilizing resources in the Ministry of Internal Affairs to build relationships with local businesses, as needed, direct participation in negotiation processes, calls, correspondence, attendance at online and offline events. Coordination of interregional activities
- Cooperate with interregional fundraisers to expand opportunities for attracting resources.
- Contribute to the implementation of uniform standards and approaches in resource mobilization.
- Coordinate activities with interregional specialists in the development of organizations and volunteerism and the head of the OO.
- Participate in thematic training organized by the NC and interregional offices or OO.
- Coordination in the development of social entrepreneurship at the regional and local levels.
- Support in the development of relations with the authorities at the local level, attracting funds from local budgets, implementing social orders.
Partner engagement and grant management
- Identify key partners and donors at the regional and local levels and control the filling of the template "Partner Bases" according to the established pattern - Partner Database template.
- Prepare and submit at least 3 grant applications during the year for the activities of the Ministry of Education and Culture.
- Search and analysis of grant opportunities, selection of relevant ones for local organizations, including regional organizations.
- Informational and methodological assistance of the Ministry of Education in reporting and communication with donors about the results of using their resources.
Development of competencies
- Conduct consultations, master classes, workshops, brainstorming sessions for local organizations on resource mobilization.
- Acceptand participation, as needed, in the development of methodological materials on fundraising in communication with interregional specialists in the development of organizations and volunteerism, interregional fundraisers, the department of resource mobilization and specialists of the department of organizational development.
- Contribute to the improvement of the competences of employees and volunteers of the Ministry of Defense in the use of digital tools for attracting resources (at least one a quarterly meeting is devoted to this topic).
Communication support
- Maintain transparency and trust by regularly reporting on the use of resources to donors and the community through various communication channels, including social networks.
- Organize information campaigns in cooperation with local organizations (minimum 2 events for each Ministry of Education during the year).
- Make a mailing twice a month to Ministry of Education with an up-to-date list of the database of external project competitions and discuss it at meetings.
- Monitoring and analysis of the implementation of grant projects. Making timely adjustments and recommendations. Support teams;
- Provide advice on the use and installation of donation boxes and visualization tools and donation collections.
Reporting
- Monthly report to the interregional specialist on the development of organizations and volunteerism and the head of the NGO on the progress of tasks.
- Control the filling of information in the profile of each MO, every month.
- Provide generalized reports based on the information in the profile on the work of local organizations in the direction of resource mobilization according to the established template once per quarter for an interregional specialist in the development of organizations and volunteerism and the head of the NGO.
- Prepare recommendations for improving work efficiency based on the collected data (once per quarter).
- Participate in the counting of funds collected by charity boxes that were installed by the NGO.
