The Job

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls and addressing client inquiries related to residential relocations.
• Sending emails and coordinating with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Completing and processing customs forms accurately and in a timely manner.
• Managing inventory related to residential moves, including tracking and updating records.
• Providing specialized knowledge and expertise in the residential relocation segment to support client needs.

The Profile

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in the residential relocation segment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing documentation and forms.
• Familiarity with customs processes and inventory management is a plus.
