ALF TOURIST OPERATOR company invites to its friendly team candidates with work experience for the position 'Reservations Manager'!

Requirements:
    work experience in similar positions from 1 year;    
    command of the English language (level not lower than pre-intermediate);    
    punctuality, ability to work with large amounts of information;    
    attention to details;    
    stress resistance;    
    the ability to switch between tasks;    
    well-developed communication skills;    
    knowledge of the main charter destinations, hotel base will be an advantage;    
    experience in the SAMO-tour reservation system will be an advantage.

Duties:
    booking applications and confirming tours (submitting applications for booking tours, making changes to the order, canceling reservations);    
    ordering additional services;    
    working with comments from booking agents;    
    control and adjustment of hotel quotas, work with stop-sale;    
    interaction with the receiving party, formation and sending of transfer lists, rooming lists;    
    operative communication with partners in case of an emergency situation and resolution of problematic situations.
