Now the recruiting team Wanted is looking for a Researcher who will help close various vacancies both internal to Business Constructor and external to our clients .
 

What tasks will be in front of you:

• find the maximum possible number of resumes in accordance with the requirements of the application;
< li>use alternative search sources;
• conduct an initial telephone interview;
• communicate with recruiters regarding vacancies;
• using networking to obtain contacts of target candidates for vacancies.
   

What skills are needed to join the team:

• Experience as a Researcher from the 1st year with different types of vacancies will be an advantage
• experience working with different search channels: boolean search, x-ray, linkedin, facebook, headhunting
• variability of thinking
• proactivity, targeting as a result
• ability to work with a large amount of information
• ability to work in a team and empathy
• not to lose enthusiasm when difficult
