Experience

- experience in a similar position of 3 months or more or having a certificate of completion of relevant courses

- knowledge of basic candidate search tools

- theoretical knowledge of the recruitment process

- knowledge of modern search sources< /p>

- negotiation and objection skills

- focus on results, flexibility, ability to work and learn at a fast pace

- professional command of the Ukrainian language

- English not lower than Pre-Intermediate level
