ALCOR is a growing tech company that offers an all-in-one-place solution for tech product companies to build their software R&D centers from 0 to 100 developers in LATAM and Eastern Europe.Our clients: People ai, Grammarly, BigCommerce, Ledger, Sift, and many others.We are looking for a Researcher to help us expand our team.What tasks await you:Active participation in the closing ofadministration positions (IT Recruiters, IT Researchers, Copywriters, Lawyers, Accountants, Account Managers, etc).Building relationships with candidates, keep in touch with potential candidates via e-mail, Skype, LinkedIn, etc..Active Search: Linkedin, x-Ray, Boolean, etc.Maintenance of candidate base.Market research.Requirements:Youlike searching and recruiting, have little experience, or completed courses.You know English at anВ1+ level.You areresult-oriented— you know your achievements and want to achieve more.You arecreative— you know how to write creative posts, look for non-standard solutions, and offer new ideas.What you’ll gain by joining us:Development.We have an English Speaking Club, a reading club, regular trainings, management trainings, and useful information sessions.The team.You will work with a friendly team of professionals who will share their experience and knowledge with you.
