We are expanding our team, so we are looking for Assistant recruiter/Researcher.< br/>

What challenges will you face :

• Posting vacancies on search sites;
• Find the maximum possible number of resumes according to application requirements;
• Conducting telephone interviews and initial assessment of candidates;
• Maintaining a candidate database;
• Participating in other projects of the department.

What you need to join the team:

• Experience as a researcher or recruiter of 6 months or more with different types of vacancies;
• Well-developed communication skills;
• Desire to develop;

• Ability to work in a team and empathy;
