Required skills:- Experience in finding specialists (or taking recruiting courses) in various areas of activity in IT outsourcing- Understanding of the IT outsourcing industry- Theoretical knowledge of web development technologies- Ability to work with LinkedIn, Job sites, Telegram channels, x-ray- English at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate - Strong communication skills - Attention to detail - Ability to work autonomously Responsibilities: - Preparation of vacancies and their further publication on Job sites - Work with Job sites, social. networks, telegrams and other chats and specialized forums - Maintaining an internal database of candidates - Collecting, checking and selecting resumes - Creating a CV in a standard format - Coordination of the date and time of interviews with relevant candidates - Monitoring the performance of test tasks - Providing candidates with timely feedback communication - Search and analysis of additional channels for searching for candidates
