Responsibilities:

Active participation in closing vacancies.

Ability to build relationships with candidates, maintain contacts with potential candidates.

Leading Head Hunting specialists.

Working with job sites, social. networks and specialized forums.

Maintenance of the internal database of candidates.

First evaluation of resumes and telephone interviews with candidates.

Preparation of job instructions and their subsequent publication on employment sites.

Market analysis.

Keeping documentation on the hiring process.
