Company Smart Solutions is an international provider of HR services and business process outsourcing services, which has been present for more than 15 years in such countries as: Ukraine, Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan.

In in connection with the active launch of projects, we are looking for a Researcher in our Recruitment department to work with client companies.

Main tasks:

• Search and attraction of candidates through job sites, databases data, social networks and other

  channels;

• Conducting initial telephone screenings and interviews;
• Assessment of candidates' professional skills and personal qualities;
• Presentation of selected candidates to clients;
• Communication with candidates at all stages;
Providing professional feedback candidates;
• Maintaining contact with hired candidates during the probationary period

Wishes to candidate:

• Experience in recruiting or research - will be a

  plus, but not necessary;

• Knowledge of English at the Intermediate+ level;

• Desire learn, grow and 

  try new approaches;

• Excellent analytical, communication and

  negotiation skills;
