We are looking for a Researcher - a colleague and partner who will become a key part of our team and help us find the best specialists in the industry. We will make sure that your contribution is really noticeable, appreciated and properly rewarded.

What will you do

• Active search for candidates: LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, databases data.
• Boolean/X-Ray searches and other sourcing techniques.
• First contact with candidates, conducting initial screenings.
• Collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers to accurately understand requirements.
• Manage candidate database in ATS, update data and metrics.
• Market analysis and offer ideas for optimization processes.

What we expect from you

• Minimum 0.5 years of experience in sourcing or research (IT will be an advantage).
• Confident search for candidates (Boolean, X-Ray etc.).
• Good communication skills: the ability to attract, conduct dialogue, maintain contact.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Proactivity and willingness to propose improvements.
