EverHelp is a project in the Genesis ecosystem. We are a team of professionals developing an outsourced support service for many clients around the world at an increasing pace: the project was created in 2021, but in the last year we have grown by 82%. Currently, our employees are safe, we have kept all jobs, in addition, we continue to strengthen our team and keep the Retention Rate at a level of at least 90%.

We are expanding and looking for a researcher to strengthen our team and improve research processes.< /p>

You will:

• Search for detailed information on the types and processes of divorce in different US states and Canadian provinces,
• Search and collect documents that are needed in the divorce process ,
• Compile instructions and structure the information found according to specific requirements,
• Complete tables related to divorce processes to facilitate the work of agents,
• Assist agents with questions regarding divorce processes and submitting documents to courts,
• Search for information about the availability of certain platforms and services in certain territories of the USA and Canada,
• Search for information about the requirements for certain processes in these countries,
• Search for other information, related to divorces in these countries, if necessary,
• Regularly check the relevance of information in the knowledge base (Knowledge Base).

About you:

• You speak English at the B2-C1 level,
• You have excellent skills in searching and researching information, in particular you know advanced search methods,
• You have experience in data collection and analysis, as well as developed skills of critical thinking, time management and attention to detail,
• You are organized, able to communicate effectively and work in a team,
• Your stress resistance allows you to perform monotonous tasks while maintaining focus and motivation, which makes you a reliable employee in any conditions.
