REQUIREMENTS

• At least 6 months of experience in IT recruitment
• Proficiency in using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experienced in traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques
• Ability to work independently but as part of an international team
• Strong service orientation, sense of urgency and quality, along with a high level of flexibility, creativity, pragmatism, and personal drive
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with strong organizational and documentation skills and a high level of attention to detail
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop talent pipelines of high-quality candidates to support our growing business needs across multiple global geographies
• Identify and engage the best tech and non-tech talent to be part of our network
• Coordinate with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to determine position requirements and search strategies
• Work collaboratively with team members to create innovative attraction and engagement strategies
• Search traditional and non-traditional sources such as job boards, lists, search engines, social media, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 6 months of IT recruiting experience
• Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience with traditional and non-traditional candidate search methods
• Ability to work independently but as part of an international team
• A clear focus on service provision, a sense of responsiveness and quality, as well as a high level of flexibility, creativity , pragmatism and personal drive
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and documentation skills and a high level of attention to detail
• Proficiency in English at a level not lower than Upper- Intermediate
