We expect from you: ready to consider a candidate without experience with a desire to develop in the field of recruiting; understanding of recruiting tools and knowledge of candidate search channels; availability of courses in recruiting; experience working with any CRM will be a plus; the ability to build effective communications with candidates; positive thinking and the ability to offer solutions to difficult situations; Your duties will be: search and selection of personnel of various levels using all available tools and technologies, in particular direct search; placement of vacancies on all necessary resources; analysis of resumes for compliance with requirements, conducting an initial telephone interview; providing quality feedback to each candidate; filling in the database, reporting; monitoring the labor market; fulfilling the manager's orders.
