US Real Estate Investment,and Management company focused on the USA Real Estate market. But handle much of their online research in the office in Kyiv.We are currently hiring a someone to do online Real Estate Investment research. This can lead to a management position. You do not need any experience in Real Estate, we will train. We are focused on someone with good English, excellent cognitive skills and intelligence that is looking for an amazing opportunity. This position will work directly with the President of the company.You will handle online real estate research finding opportunities for the company to invest in and assist with documents needed for transactions – NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - we will train you.The office is in a large mansion with a medium-sized staff of others working on real estate and tech projects. Office environment is both professional and very comfortable. Not a remote position - only Office.Duties:Online research onproperties toinvest in.Provide reports to President of based on property meeting the criteria we are seeking for.Assist with drafting documents and agreements (we will train).Assist market reviews around the property so we know the property value.Possibly also managing the company’s social media accounts as to properties we will put up for sale.Requirements and Qualifications you will need tobesuccessful:Fluent English;Cognitive Skills;Great Communication Skills;Great Organizational Skills;Good Social Media Skills;Good Phone and Email Communication;Good Word, Excel, PowerPoint (we can train);Good Google Sheets (we can train);Ability toWork with Multiple Personality Types;Success motivation isabout who you are.Personal quality:Self-Motivated;Great with People;Hard Working;You Must BeGreat atGetting Stuff Done!Quick-Learner.Work Hours:Monday— Friday; 9am – 6pm.Pay:SALARY: Base Pay + Bonus + Success FeeStarting Base pay $700 - $850 per month with a review for increase after 2 months.Typical Base Salary after 6 months to 1 year is $1000+Salary Base is based on abilities to get job done and will be increased at regular reviews. 1st review is after 2 months, then every 6 months’ review for pay increase.Bonus and Success Fees are based on completing task on time and success of the company with finding good investments.
