Position Level: Associate

We are announcing a Research analyst vacancy for our super cool client!

The conditions from the company are unrealistically cool:

• Monthly salary from $1,800 (depends on experience).
• Annual salary review and bonus system.
• 30 days of annual leave + additional holidays and weekends.

Hard skills:

• Education — master's degree in economics, political science, sociology, international development, law or related field;
• Experience in conducting monitoring and evaluation within the framework of bilateral and multilateral donor programs.
• High level of knowledge of English and Ukrainian languages;
• Knowledge of social science research methods (sampling, weighting, data cleaning and management, descriptive statistics, analysis of conclusions);
• Familiarity with data visualization (Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI).

Soft skills:

• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Intellectual curiosity and inquisitiveness.
• Strong project management and problem solving skills.
• High level of personal initiative, responsibility and productivity.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
