Research analyst (Monitoring, Evaluation) in Staffman LLC

Position Level: Associate We are hiring a Research analyst for our super cool client! We are looking for a candidate who is not only ready for challenges, but also will develop the economy, both in Ukraine and in international markets . Interesting local international projects are guaranteed! The conditions from the company are unrealistically cool: Monthly salary from UAH 60,000 (depends on experience). Annual salary review and bonus system. 30 days of annual leave + additional holidays and weekends. Exchange programs, educational support, business trips abroad. Insurance health. Hard skills: Education - master's degree in economics, political science, sociology, international development, law or a relevant field; Experience in implementing monitoring and evaluation of bilateral multilateral programs of donors. High level of command of English and Ukrainian languages; Knowledge of social science research methods (sampling, weight, cleaning and data management, descriptive statistics, analysis of conclusions); Familiarity with data visualization (Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI). Soft skills: Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Intellectual curiosity and inquisitiveness. Strong project management skills, problem solving. High level of personal initiative, responsibility and productivity. Ability to work independently or in a team.
