We are currently looking for Reputation Manager to our portfolio company TENTENS .

TENTENS Tech is a Ukrainian IT company that develops platforms in the field of streaming and social discovery. The TENTENS Tech team has the experience of successfully launching dozens of platforms that are used by millions of people on all continents of the world (except Antarctica, so far). What challenges await:

Working with advanced, yes and with new brands in the social discovery niche.
— Ambitious goals and diverse tasks that contribute to rapid professional growth in the areas of PR, reputation and review management.
— Management of the moderation team. Direction development, quality control, definition and implementation of zone KPIs, people management.
— Work with the reputation of legal entities. Creation of controlled search results (SERP) for legal entities on a turnkey basis.
— Management of ratings on review sites.
— Formation of an actual crowd marketing strategy and detailing of work flow, setting goals for the team.
— Proactive communication with stakeholders and ownership (management) of cross-reputation tasks that are developed in the Reputation/Content/PR area.

What is important to us

Must have:

— Competent English (minimum B2) for effective communication with contractors/partners/freelancers and formulating technical tasks.
— Basic understanding of SERP/SERM and principles of Bussines online reputation.
— Understanding of the modern digital landscape, interest in PR, review management and the ability to present tasks to the team and take responsibility for the implementation process.
— Ability to research, analyze and structure information.
— Ability to quickly learn and master new tools

Nice to have:

— Knowledge of SERM best practices and practical experience in their use.
— Experience with review aggregators (Trustpilot, Sitejabber, Reviews io)
— Knowledge of some of the following tools: Ahrefs , Brand24, Mangools, etc.; Ability to work effectively with artificial intelligence.
— Experience in managing a team of 2 people.

In addition to businesses, we are developing the charity initiative "The Milky Way" - an internal project from the employees of our venture builder in support of the Armed Forces. Within the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
