We are looking for a representative, a regional manager who will be responsible for the development of long-term partnership relations and the formation of loyalty to the clinic's services with partner doctors in Kyiv , Kyiv region. Requirements: higher education; experience of working as a sales representative from the 1st year; experience of working with doctors in medical institutions will be an advantage; possession of visit management skills. Additional requirements: confident user of office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e- mail), CRM; competent (spoken, written) Ukrainian language; category "B" driver's license, experience in driving a car (from 3 years); having your own car (will be an advantage). Personal qualities: readiness for independent active learning ; high level of communication; proactive life position, result-oriented, goal-oriented; ability to effectively adapt to changes, high stress resistance. Tasks: formation and development of the database of partner doctors of the accountable territory; conducting regular visits to partner doctors of the accountable territory to form loyalty to services clinics among partner doctors; effective negotiations, presentations on clinic services; development of long-term partnership relations with partner doctors; planning of visits; monitoring of competitors; reporting according to established deadlines; implementation of sales plan; organization of round tables, conferences. We offer: competitive salary; bonus motivation system, the amount of which is determined according to the results of the sales plan; mobile phone, laptop; fuel compensation, car depreciation; combined work schedule: 90% — "work in the field"; "10%" is an office.
