Experience:

An understanding of the general political, administrative and institutional structure of local government in Ukraine will be an advantage. Practical experience of cooperation with various stakeholders, project cycle management of community development, budget management will be an advantage. Language requirements:
- Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian.
- English will be an advantage.
Other requirements:
- Computer skills: mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel programs.
- Category B driving license, good driving skills.
- Interest in the topic of humanitarian aid
Working conditions:
- Flexible working conditions.
- Favorable work on humanitarian and development projects.
- Term — 5 months, from June to October 2024.
Responsibilities:
The humanitarian organization specialist will carry out the following tasks:
- Monitor PCPM projects in the field of humanitarian aid in the WASH cluster, etc. in Kharkiv and Kharkiv region
- To carry out organizational work within the framework of PCPM activities in Kharkiv region, in constant communication with PCPM employees from Ukraine and Poland.
- Report on the situation on the ground to PCPM staff and partners.
- Participate in meetings, field trips or training as requested by the employer.
- Collect and prepare technical and financial documentation from already implemented activities.
- Assist PCPM head office staff with reporting.
- Maintain close liaison with PCPM coordinating staff regarding the situation on site.
- Take photographs of PCPM work (if possible ), prepare materials for the media department.
