For the implementation of aid projects, the organization needs an employee for the position of Representative for work with communities with a place of work in the city of Dnipro, with business trips around Donetsk , Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions. 

Position: Representative for work with communities

Contract duration: 6 months

Probationary period : 1 month

Responsibilities:

- Carry out coordination between partners and representatives of local authorities regarding all stages of the project, including planning, implementation and monitoring; 

- Select beneficiaries in communities defined by the project and in accordance with vulnerability criteria; 

- Collect information weekly and monthly and provide reports to the project management team regarding project implementation;  

- Develop weekly and monthly work plans in accordance with the approved project implementation schedule; 

- Assist the project team in preparing for distribution according to project goals;   

Requirements for the candidate:

- Higher or secondary education in psychology, pedagogy, management, social sphere, etc.; 

- Work experience related to working with communities or in a similar position will be an advantage; 

- Previous experience working in an NGO is desirable; 

- Experience and skills in data collection and processing; 

- Excellent command of MS Office, especially Excel and Word; 

- Skills in organizing collective work.
