Reporting specialist in Region Karpat, MFOZNS / NEEKA

MFOZNS "Carpathian Region" announces a competition for the position of reporting specialist in Zakarpattia Oblast, on full-time terms, for 9 months under the project:

"Intersectoral support of priority places of temporary settlement, providing individual support to the most vulnerable categories of persons and implementing a program to make up for educational losses in the Western part of Ukraine".

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Work experience of at least 2 years
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language and a high level of English.
• A confident user of Microsoft Office and accounting programs.
• Ability to work with and summarize a large amount of information.< /li>

Responsibilities:

1. Implementation of data collection systems to monitor the progress and results of the organization's activities.
2. Analysis of collected data for identifying trends, issues, and achievements.
3. Preparing regular reports on the organization's activities for management, donors, and other stakeholders.
4. Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports in accordance with donor requirements and organization standards.< /li>
5. Maintenance of databases and tables for tracking indicators and preparation of reports.
6. Analysis of existing reporting processes and development of recommendations for their improvement.   
7. Preparation of the organization for audits and provision of relevant documentation.
8. Coordination of the data collection process and ensuring their accuracy and completeness.
