Reporting analyst in SKELAR

So we are looking for a Reporting analyst. A little more about Financeteam: This is the team behind the scenes of every successful unicorn. We close "turnkey" all financial issues for businesses of any complexity and manage relations with stakeholders from different countries in order to bring their payment processes to a qualitatively new level. Examples of challenges that await this role:— Formation of management reporting, in particular the report about cash flows (Cash Flow) as part of the financial team in compliance with the established deadlines;— Control over the correctness of the display of cash flows and analysis of the working capital of businesses;— Development and implementation of new approaches to increase the speed and efficiency of processes;— Involvement in the implementation of ERP in accounting and reporting processes;— Communication with internal departments (treasury, reporting, tax, legal department) to ensure the proper level of infrastructure necessary for smooth business growth of portfolio companies. What is important to us:— We will be glad to meet proactive sweaters with fundamental experience in large system companies of Big 4 or international audit companies;— Be an experienced user of MS Office;— Have structured thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to make business conclusions based on data;— Ability to visit the office in Kyiv;— High level communication skills and the ability to work in a team. In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces.
