We are currently scaling one of our infrastructure teams —Finance . So we are looking for Reporting Analyst.

A little more about the Finance team: This is the team behind the scenes of every successful unicorn. We provide a turnkey solution to all financial issues for businesses of any complexity and manage relationships with stakeholders from different countries to bring your payment processes to a qualitatively new level.

Examples of challenges that await this role:

— Formation of management reporting by the specified deadlines for the OPEX section and control over the correctness of accrual and payment of payables;
— Development and implementation of new processes with the aim of increasing the speed and efficiency of the OPEX section closing process;
— Involvement in ERP implementation in accounting and reporting processes, as well as implementation of analytical dashboards;
—Communication with internal departments (treasury, reporting, tax, legal) to ensure the proper level of infrastructure required for the smooth growth of the business of portfolio companies;

What is important to us:

- We will be glad to meet proactive sweaters with fundamental experience in Big 4 system companies or international audit companies;
- Be an experienced user of MS Office (knowledge of VBA is an advantage);
—Have structured thinking, strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to make business conclusions based on data;
— Possibility to visit the office in Kyiv;
—High level of communication skills and the ability to work in a team

In addition to businesses, we are developing a charity fund SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the limits of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
