Main duties:

• Planning and organization of repair work in the assigned territory (Ivano-Frankivsk + region and Chernivtsi + region ).
• Creation of Technical Tasks for subcontractors.
• Quality assurance and compliance with the deadlines for current repair works .
• Distribution of repair work between subcontractors.
• Processing requests to the Service Desk received from initiators and coordination of the repair process from start to finish.
• Control of approval of estimates for current repair work in the SD system.
• Control over the receipt of original estimates and reports of completed works from contracting organizations.
• Ensuring the availability of all estimates and reports of completed works received from the contractor in the electronic archive.
< li style="font-weight: 400">Evaluation and analysis of the technical condition of the entrusted territory.
• Technical provision and support of the operational capacity of the facility in the entrusted territory.
• Preparation and submission of various forms of reporting on the performance of repair works on the entrusted territory.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education, preferably technical.
• Experience in drawing up a technical task and monitoring work performance.
Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other office programs.
• Readiness for business trips in the city and region (own car is mandatory).
